I have always had my own personal jeweler other than Kruger's. I walked into Kruger's with my own diamond to have it set they (Melvin and Lane) not only took more than 2 hours to ...

Sure Krugers is great IF you are considered worthy of their time.

Melvin is the Best 1/20/2007

My Husband & I moved here in 1998 and a friend recommended that we go and see Melvin at the Kruger's located in the Barton Creek Mall. At that time we bought our first piece of jewelry from Melvin. Every time we go in the staff always have time for us. Though we may not spend the most money there, They always treat us as the as if we are the most important to them. Melvin is the only one who could get my custom ring fixed the way I wanted. They will always be up front on the cost and whether or not something can be done. Pros: They really listen to what you want and don't try to push their opinion on you plus they have good prices Cons: n/a more

Unbeatable Customer Service 12/12/2006

Jim Kruger is a wonderful man. He personally took the time to help me out with my simple little question. I went to several other jewelers who acted like I was a complete bother and tried to pressure me into making a decision to buy a ring right then. Jim talked to me like a person and really took an interest in me. They were all so kind and calm and willing to let me walk out and talk to my husband and think about it for a while. I will do all of my jewelry business with them from now on. Pros: wonderful customer service Cons: I can't think of any. more

Kruger's is the best!! 3/23/2005

I recently brought my wedding set in to be reset in a new setting. To make a long story short, Jim Kruger completely surprised me with unmatched customer service. He and his staff (Melvin, Teresa, and Belen [they are all awesome]) went out of their way to make me happy.. I was speechless to say the least. Kruger's is the ONLY jewelry store my husband and I will shop at. Do not confuse this mall location @ Barton Creek with all the other mall jewelry stores.
