Kidd Valley

Okay, I've gone here twice. And I don't get how Kidd Valley gets so much traffic. I thought the first visit was a fluke so I went again tonight, and if possible, had an even worse experience. I had soggy fries that were doused in so much garlic they were unpalatable and a burger that would be decent except for the unmelted bitter cheese on it. The cashier was nice, and brought us our food, except we had to go back for ketchup and napkins. What's the point of bringing food to the table if you're force people to get up for other needed items? Isn't ketchup and napkins a universal need at a burger joint. On the way out, Alex stopped in the restroom only to find that there were no paper towels left even though, strangely enough, we had seen an employee come of out of it five minutes prior. Maybe it's just supremely bad luck. It must be right? After all other people keep on coming back... more

So if you're looking for a GREAT hamburger and good fries, you could go to McDonalds...but then you really wouldn't be getting a GREAT hamburger, now would you! If you've never been to Kidd Valley, you've been deprived! It does cost a bit more, but it is so worth it. While you're there, make sure you order one of their milkshakes. It doesn't really matter which kind, they're ALL good! more

Kid Valley is a Seattle favorite. If you haven’t been and had the mushrooms or the garlic fries, you need to get down there. The selection is great and they even have figure friendly foods- although you really should get a shake – they’re super good. Its not your average fast food chain and you may have to wait a few minutes to get your food but that’s because they’re making it to order and the prices are still cheap! A local favorite that’s worth the visit. more

This is a very good burger joint that will easily fill you up. Their burgers are absolutely huge and come with all the fixins on them, including their own special sauce. With your burger you can order fries, onion rings, or even garlic fries like they have at Safeco field. Their prices are reasonable and they do offer other items on their menu like chicken and fish. The fish and chips they serve are very good as well and you can have either cod or halibut. One of the best things about the restaurant is the large variety of milkshakes you can order with your meal. There is about 10 or so different flavors that are rich and tasty. more

My favorite place for a delicious burger, a yummy shake, and great Walla Walla Sweet Onion rings when in season, Kidd Valley is less-busy and just as good as Red Mill Burgers. more

This is good fast food! While all of the chains are not as clean as this branch (Im thinking of the Queen Anne branch when I say that), this place is consistently great! Great "diner style" fast food, and great shakes. Our favorite staples are the pumkin milkshakes in the fall and the egg nog shakes in during the holidays. Added bonus KV offers kids meals for the little ones and veggie burgers for the "veggies". more
