Kass Clinics

I have been a patient of Kass Clinics for almost 2 years now and have had nothing but excellent care taken of me there. I have not been to many places where I truely feel they have my best interests at heart. I would strongly recomend them to anyone I know. more

I've been a regular patient and customer at Kass Clinics for over 6 years, and have consistently received excellent service and care. From varicose vein procedures to laser hair removal to spa services, I have dealt with all members on staff, including Dr. and Mrs. Kass, and have found them to be very knowledgeable and caring. The staff at the front desk handled all my insurance claims on my behalf in regards to the varicose vein procedures, and the treatments themselves were very successful. I would, and have recommended Kass clinics to anyone looking to reduce risk by having procedures completed in a medically supervised environment. Mrs. Kass provides a very thorough initial consultation if you are unsure of which treatments would benefit you most, and is very upfront about costs. more

I was not able to post it as a comment I put it as a review I couldn't disagree more with what Acacia 1 said about Dr.Kass. I have known Dr.Kass for over 20 years. He has always been straightforward, competent and passionate about his work, while adhering to high ethical standards that he displays by putting his clients welfare first. I have never heard him raise his voice at a client. He has more than enough patience to explain everything to a patient providing them with the ut most respect. I consider myself fortunate to be able to come to him with my own concerns knowing that I will receive the best help and advice possible. For the matter above, I feel it has more to do with money issue rather than quality and delivery of service she was receiving from Dr.Kass more

I have been receiving vein treatment from Dr.Kass and Bonnie for the last 4 years. Going back to the 2008, I decided to have something done to my legs. I had bulging veins for years, especially around my knees. I checked out two other clinics before I picked Kass Clinic. I'm very particular about people explaining things to me. I immediately felt that Dr Kass did an excellent job explaining the procedures to me. I was shown pictures of his work and he took the time to tell me how long this would all take. We also discussed insurance coverage and that these procedures would probably not be covered. They said they would still go ahead and submit the paperwork and see if anything would be covered. My second appointment was the first of four ambulatory phlebotomy's that I had done all of which went very well. The outcome was what I have been waiting for. With the all four of the phlebotomy treatments, each step of the process was thoroughly explained to me. I continue to come back once a year to have sclerotheraphy treatments with Bonnie. She always takes the time to catch up with me and find out if I have any new concerns. I will continue to pass the good experiences along with all I know. I would say if your thinking about vein treatment, make an appointment, stop in to meet the staff. more

I have been receiving various treatments from Dr Kass and Bonnie for ten+ years. I go to their clinic for many reasons. First, they are both highly educated and skilled. Second, they are both the best I have ever encountered at giving shots. It takes great skill to administer a painless shot and they are experts at doing so. Third, they are the most cost effective. Fourth, they show care in what they do. Fifth, the results are wonderful. I am in my fifties and many say I look in my late thirties, early forties. I know it's mostly due to the various treatments I have received from their clinic. I have had laser treatments for age spots on my face that are gone now. I had the sclerotherapy for my legs and a couple of other areas which I am so thankful for. The veins dissolved. It's a wonderful freedom to be able to wear whatever I want with ease. The last couple of years I have been getting botox treatments from Dr Kass and the results have been very special. It is amazing how many years that it takes away. I have to say, I wouldn't want anyone else near my face except for Bonnie and Dr Kass since we are talking needles and lasers! It's really important to me that I have found such skilled professionals because I am there to improve and look better and they help me do just that! more

I am so thankful to have found Kass clinics!!! For years I suffered with the WORST 'Gramma Legs' ... EVER!!! I have a chronic vein condition that is hereditary & had several pregnancies besides. I was always embarrassed by my veins & never thought I'd wear shorts or even bare feet! My legs were so sore & hideous it was depressing. I had seen other Dr's at the time & they offered little or no hope . About 11 years ago I found an ad for their clinic & thought I'd give it a try, I'm so GLAD I did! Since then I've had every procedure done from closure to sclerotherapy & I couldn't be HAPPIER!!!!! From the moment I met them they were up front with all costs & what the procedures involved. They also never humiliated me like other Dr's did. I always felt well informed & confident in their care... never once did I feel misled or ripped off. Dr Kass, Bonnie & staff always make me feel welcome & comfortable too. Not only are they very professional, they also have a warm & caring atmosphere. I cannot say enough good about my experience with them!! They have set me free from the prison I was in & I have the legs to prove it!! If you are looking for the BEST high quality care, Kass clinics is the place to go, you WON'T be disappointed!!! more

I highly recommend you go elsewhere. I had nothing but an unpleasant experience with this clinic and Dr. Kass. I originally went in to get sclerotherapy, but Dr. Kass found a vein issue and mentioned the EVLT treatment. I was told I didn't really need it, but my insurance would cover and may not later, so why not just do it. I was told it was a simple, painless surgery and that I would be able to go right back to work. That was NOT the case. It was painful! The Dr kept mentioning that they got new catheters that didn't work as well. That evening I couldn't sleep what so ever. I had so much pain, and went back to the Dr. the next morning and he said it was nerve damage and gave me Vicodin. This was in Dec, and I still have pain and damage near my ankle. I was never told what the charges or costs were going to be. When I called to ask what I would owe (prior to surgery), the receptionist told me the rest of my deductible, which was $100+, the bill has now been over $700+ (out of pocket). I called to get discuss my pain and charges with the Dr. four different times, but he apparently didn't feel the need and told his receptionist to deal with the situation. After I was quite adamant with her, he finally called me back yesterday. Let's just say Dr. Kass was screaming at me in the first few minutes for questioning the bill and for all ""my accusations,"" after I thanked him for calling me and starting to explain my concerns. All I wanted was to understand what the charges were on my bill (very hard to understand) and about my constant ankle pain. He actually asked if I ever question my gynecologist about my bill and that he spent ""too much time with me"" and continued to berate me over the phone. I literally was in shock. I have never wrote a bad review, but I do not think Dr. Kass is professional or respectable and caution anyone considering going to this clinic. What doctor berates you for asking questions and trying to understand the situation? more

The only good thing about kass clinics were the people. i spent thousands of dollars on acne treatment...it worked for a few weeks/months, but as soon as the started the laser part of the treatment, my acne got twice as bad. Since then ive had to fight even hard to get rid of my acne which has not happened. For spending so much money at this place, i would assume a positive out come....FAIL. Id never spend a penny or send a friend here. Every legitiment clinic you go to will have up to date computers, they make more then enough money too. more

I have frequented Kass Clinics over several years for vein treatments, laser hair removal, skin peels and botox. Occasionally, I have tried other clinics/doctors with satisfactory results, but always return to Kass Clinics because of their superior customer service and the outstanding care they offer. Kass Clinics really does offer a special environment and very personalized approach to treatments~additionally, it's impressive to see the latest computer technology used in their procedures. From the front desk on, everybody at this Clinic is familiar with the procedures they offer and takes time to explain what they offer and what are reasonable results. When Dr. Kass showed me the before and after computer pics of my leg veins, it was amazing! Now, I have very few visible veins and no hair (no shaving! :). Wearing skirts is so comfortable and fun! My husband loves the fact that, in addition to maintaining good looks and health, Kass Clinics has an excellently trained MD and RN performing procedures. We never have to worry about safety or a ""botched"" look. He is amazed at how healthy my skin, face, and legs look. Other clinics have been satisfactory, but I feel that coming to Kass Clinics is the best value: great results, knowledgeable people and a personalized approach make this my favorite clinic. more
