Honolulu lacks really good Mexican restaurants. Coming for LA I am a pretty good critic. Jose's is the typical cheesy mex spot with the standard tacky decor. It has booths and tables & is plenty big for the lack of a crowd it hosts. They do make excellent margaritas, but then again I don't recall ever having a bad margarita anywhere... hmmm, well, if you really want Mexican, then I like Jose's.
