Bad Customer Service 11/30/2010

I went to this guys for service on my nissan frontier. twice on the past 10 months not including the vehicle I purhcased from them back in February and still they treated me like a number, They could care less if I went somewhere else with n my money, do not tell them what you want, they don't care, every time I went I asked for syntetic oil and every time they got it wrong, when they drained the oil to do repairs they filled it again with regular oil. When I went to pick up my vehicle they did not accept my check, no reason given whatsoever! not even an apology, I asked what was the problem they could not tell me, they had no problem taking my $7000 check for a downpayment but apparently repairs are something else. more

Don't go there unless you want to be screwed! 11/25/2010

Horrible. They royally screwed me last year and I'm still suffering and trying to get out of my car. On top of that, I have problems with my car and they will not look at a warranty covered issue unless I pay hundreds of $$$. This place should be closed down. The salesman and sales manager and loan manager all lied to me. more

Huge used cars 5/14/2006

I went to them in search for a good used nissan car and found they had many available with them. They had the availability in all price ranges and I observed that they kept very good cars only. The staff was patient enough to show us many cars and was not at all pushy. He was giving us sufficient time to look at the cars unlike other dealers. more

We recently looked here when were in the market for a new Nissan. No sooner did the door close on our rental car that a couple of salesmen came bounding toward us. We left shortly afterwards because we didn't have an opportunity to look at the available cars and felt very uncomfortable being around them. more
