purchased new furniture in full price but was given used pieces. got the run around of my life when tried to resolve this. cust service dept doesnt call back as promised. still trying as we speak...very disappointing.. more

They are only out to take your money! Ordered 2 sofas. 1 was a special order to get a better fabric. Was told it would be about 3 months wait. Fern, salesperson called 3 1/2 months later to tell me that it was built by factory but didn't make the container to deliver & it would be on next container. Next month, they couldn't fill a container so would not deliver that month. Next month same story and she convinced me not to have it delivered separately but to have it delivered safely in a container. She said "since we didn't have a full container last month we should have a container this month." 7 months later, week of Christmas they call to deliver sofa. They would not even consider giving me any type of compensation for the delay until I spoke to the Asst. store mgr. I got a whopping $60 off of $6000 purchase. Fern never called to appologize or even thank me for business. more

The furniture here is pretty inexpensive. The sofas, beds, and tables they sell are very simple, nothing to get crazy over. Although I spent most of my time looking at the mattresses and trying them out, none of the salespeople pressured me into buying one, all they did was ask if I needed any help or had questions. more

When I went into Homeworld located in Aiea in Hawaii the store was set up very nice and inviting. I was greeted by a sales member and was left on my own to browse without having the feeling that I was been watched. Everything in the store was displayed in an organized manner which made it easy to locate what I was lookiing for. Which was a recliner which I did end up purchasing from the. The whole process of this shopping experience was very enjoyable and I would recommend anyone to shop there. PROS: Friendly Staff CONS: more

Homeworld has very simple furniture. They sell beds, mattresses, coffee tables, sofas, and any other furniture you may find a normal home. The prices are very reasonable but delivery is kind of expensive. The people who work there are very friendly and dont try to pressure you into buying anything. If you tell them you are just looking theyll leave you alone until you have to ask something. The even offer cookies and coffee for your enjoyment. more

I like this business because they sell beautiful furniture sets for your bedrom and family room. Some of their furniture has a Hawaiian tropical theme. They also have a visual designer that can help you to accossorize your home and she can help with window treatments. more
