our wedding cake. We had a completely golf themed wedding in Sept at Camas Meadows Golf Club. Helen Bernhard's did our cake. We have 4 cakes, each a different size and flavor. They carried the golf theme through all four cakes. The first cake (the tee) was on a tall pedestal and had two golfers on it. Cake 2 was slightly lower and decorated like the fairway (even had sand traps). Cake 3 was a round water hazard with the golf clubs and the 4th cake (a sheet cake) was the putting green and hole. They even included the golf cart. It fit perfectly in our theme. Not only was everyone in awe of the design it was delicious to boot! more

Preparing for our wedding, my now husband and I, wandered all around town tasting cakes to find the perfect candidate. We came across Helen Bernhard Bakery as my husband was a big fan of their doughnuts. I had never tried anything from them before, so I was in for a treat. Yum. They have the best tasting fresh cakes I have ever had. By the time we left the store, we knew we had found the perfect bakery to make our wedding cake. Even on the day of the wedding, with everything in a blur, I remember seeing the cake and being so impressed with their decorating skills. Lucky for us, it tasted amazing too. I can't count how many compliments we received about the moist, delicious cake. We can't wait until our first anniversary, when we get a fresh top layer of our cake, decorated exactly like our wedding cake. (No eating frozen cake for us!) If you go, you must try their fresh banana cake. Wow! more

They have the best baked goods in town! We always get their almond rings which are sooo yummy. We have them on Christmas morning & I look forward to it every year. They also have delicious pies, cookies, tarts and wonderful cakes. Their wedding cakes are yummy & gorgeous. We cake tasted here when we were planning our wedding. more
