I have had good and bad experiences with this company. Most of the bad experience is surrounding the hospice aide's. RUDE... I think they set out to hire a few rude aide's here and there. I have dealt with a couple of really nice ones, but they were temporary. The last 2 were just ugly as far as personality. One couldn't keep her smart mouth closed and the other one just had nothing to say when spoken to. I wonder how many aide's I'll have to go to before I finally get a genuinely nice one. Maybe I should just go to a different hospice instead. Oh, and teach your aide's how to do a shower correctly. Getting soap in peoples eyes hurts, you should try it and see. Also, they need to pay attention, stop and ask questions before assuming things. One last thing, teach your aide's not to be rough on elderly people. How awful!!!
