While the food was delicious and they were great in dealing with a gluten allergy the restaurant needs a little help expediting their food in a timely manner and keeping tabs on their wait staff. I think I met 2 managers, neither of which apologized for our food taking an hour to arrive or the fact that we had to wave down a different server to bring it out. I went to the hostess to work on bringing our check and after the waitress dropped it off without a work, didn't come back for my card..had to leave exact payment.
