I am very pleased with Performance Property. Everyone has been really diligent in finding really great tenants. They are quiet and seem to keep the place in good order. P.P. has made sure the house has been maintained well and keeps up on checking the property regularly. Trina has been very pleasant and does her best to make sure things are done on a timely basis. I have engaged other property management companies and have been sorely disappointed. In the case of P.P. I couldn’t be happier. more

Fox Management is my property management company or over 5 years. So far, it’s been a smooth ride. Whenever I have a question about anything (like rent), I always get a fast response and the staff I have dealt with is professional and friendly. The rent is collected on time and the paperwork always accurate. Repairs are done quickly and cost seems to be fair. I am satisfied with Fox Management. more

This company came and replaced our roof after a storm. The man who came to assess the damage was very courteous and thorough and worked with our insurance company to make sure we were taken care of. On the day of the repairs they came in and got the work done quickly and efficiently. We will call them in the future for remodeling inside the home as well. more

Great job squaring things away after the former tenant’s departure. I’m also looking forward to working with Karen from Fox, she helped me get my email address straightened out after it was input incorrectly so I could view the online billing, which is a great feature for me. I really like what Fox is doing with my properties that they manage. They are offsetting the high cost that comes from turning the units and their policy will offset that problem to a large degree. They also added a no smoking addendum and I really like that. They are protecting the property from excessive damage and will ultimately be successful. You can’t imagine the people and problems that were in the property when I bought it and I never want to go back to that. Great job Fox. more

I was surprised they replaced my 5/15/2012

I was surprised they replaced my refrigerator after it stopped working. I appreciate them moving on that so fast and keeping my food from spoiling. That saved me some money! more

I remember reading scathing reviews of 4/13/2012

I remember reading scathing reviews of Fox Management right before I moved into one of their properties over a year ago and was surprised to discover that they were actually pretty pleasant to deal with. However, they have recently lived up to to their bad reputation. I don't even know where to begin on my list of complaints regarding their completely unprofessional, underhanded, and downright illegal business practices. Avoid these guys like the plague if you can. They are the worst. more

Dishonest and ignores the law. This management company rented us a unit that they knew was not a legal unit. They made reference to it as ""unusual"" or ""unique setup."" They even said the problems we experienced would not be an issue if this place were set up properly. Bottom line is that Fox Management rented us a unit that they had no legal right to rent us. We later found out it had several life and safety violations according to the city and there were no permits for it's conversion to a multi-family unit. Fox chose to ignore this even when my infant son was affected by it. We complained about the drug and cigarette smoke in my child's room and even though the lease listed this as a non-smoking property (a must for us due to my son's health issues) they did not fix the problem. When we involved the police they retaliated against us by telling us to move. The City has now gotten involved due to Fox Management's blatant disregard for the law and the safety of their tenants. This doesn't even address the fact that they are rude, that they do not meet their obligations under the lease such as promised yard maintenance or repairing a leaking roof or the fact that their billing is repeatedly wrong. A little research will also reveal that they regularly ""stack the deck"" on review sites by falsifying them or attacking those that speak out about them. It may be easy to ignore my warning against renting from Fox but I assure you the nightmare of a living situation that you will likely encounter will not be so easy to forget. Fox Management has no regard for ethical behavior, for your safety or for the law. more

    We emphasize prompt vacancy preparation, maintenance and tenant retention. Tenant retention is a high priority. Prompt maintenance and response to tenant concerns will increase tenant satisfaction and lower vacancy rates. Security is also an issue for tenants and owners; key control, prompt response to safety issues and careful tenant screening can increase a tenant's sense of security and reduces the risk of liability for a property owner. We will be available 24 hours a day to handle tenant emergency calls and be able to forward them to the appropriate staff person so the tenants never feel they are on their own.
