We purchased and had installed a new central air system a few years back and we also purchased a 10 year service warranty. Every year when we turn on the air it does not run cool....

We have had these guys out several times over the last 5 years or so. They are great, expert craftsmen every time. I like the way they determine your needs, and fit them into your budget. They are willing to find parts for older equipment, and will work with you and your finances. I recommend them to many older, retired customers. You won't get taken advantage of because you aren't an expert in all things mechanical. That's why we call Fitz, when things are on the fritz. more

Fitz Mechanical Gets The Job Done!!! 8/3/2009

I purchased an AC coil, drain pan and labor for $800. I did have a few minor issues with the installation that became magnified through miscommunication. Fitz Mechanical corrected the minor errors which entailed a few additional screws and more duct tape wrapping. As a gesture of goodwill Fitz Mechanical made the adjustments and provided me with free labor by installing a condensate pump overflow connection. I remain a customer and would recommend their services. more

poor air conditioning service 6/10/2008

We purchased and had installed a new central air system a few years back and we also purchased a 10 year service warranty. Every year when we turn on the air it does not run cool. Every year we call them and they come out and say we have a freon leek and they put more in but never fix the leak! Then they say they are too busy this time of year to fix the leak because it takes too long! i am very disgusted with the company since they have yet to address the problem. more

Reliable and professional 8/28/2006

We've called Fitz to service our dishwasher and our washing machine. Each time we didn't have to wait long to get an appointment for service. The technician came when the dispatcher said he would (when does that ever happen?). When he arrived he was professional and polite, answering my husband's many questions with patience while he went about his repair work. Before leaving, he made sure we understood what the problem had been and what to do in the future to prevent a recurrence. I couldn't have asked for a more professional job. And he cleaned up behind himself too! more

Good job 7/1/2006

I had my bath room water plump repaired by people from this shop. People are nice and friendly, they did a good job to finish everything within 3 hours and cleaned my room without any dirt. They are polite, but didn't talk too much. Price is not too expensive, which can always let me keep my budget. more

Solid, Professional Repair 9/6/2005

I had my hot water heater and heating units fixed and replace by these folks and the service was very good and professional. The work was done in a timely manner and the repair person was very nice and helpful. The prices charged were competitive in my opinion and I would recommend them. They do a good job. more
