Jen is the best groomer ever... 5/9/2011

I am a visually impaired guide dog handler. Jen has been my groomer since Zakai and I moved here 5 years ago. Jen has always been compassionate and dependable in addition to being the best groomer I've found. Zakai is always excited to go see Jen...I think that says it all. Jen always goes the exstra mile, cleaning Zakai's leather harness and leash we use to work as a team...not to mention the fabulous job she does grooming him. My priceless German Sheppard guide dog--that cost $40,000.00--and I completely trust Jen and Fetch to offer the best possible care.\r \r Toby and Zakai \r Edit more

Hands down the BEST dog groomer! 5/9/2011

I was thrilled to find Jen at Fetch Doggie Day Care and Grooming! Jen has been grooming my two scottish terriers for 5 years now. She's simply the BEST! Thanks Jen. more

I LOVE FETCH 5/1/2011

I have brought my Kipper 4 times to get groomed at Fetch. Jen is unbeilievable in how she handles my little cocker. Kipper has been a handful for all groomers and is very apprehensive when going to get groomed.....but not with Fetch and the dog charmer Jen. I will never go to another groomer and I am now adding Kipper to the daycare. Kipper has been there for three visits and is the happiest dog in town. Kipper has so much fun and the staff is remarkable in their care!!! THANKS FETCH! You are the best!!! more

Fetch Dog Grooming 5/4/2010

Our Dog Boomer Sue is an older, skittish dog. Fetch is wonderful because we can walk up there to drop her off and pick her up. She is there for a short time and looks so great when she is done. She seems pretty relaxed which says alot for those who are working with the dogs. So glad we have this great place in our neighborhood. Thank you!! Pros: Very friendly, close by, great job on grooming! Cons: hmm...none! more

Another Loyal Fetch Customer 7/23/2006

This is a fine neighborhood shop with a great selection of boutique dog treats, toys and chews in a very compact space. They have wide selection of dog food, available in small quantities, all quality brands. Fetch is run in conjunction with a dog day care business owned by the same folks, who provide attentive expert and loving care for many of the ""best friends"" in the neighborhood. I used the day-care portion to provide socialization, stimulation and exercise--while my wife and I were away at work--for my two puppies while they were small, to help them develop. Today, our dogs have their own yard but I give credit for part of their friendly and outogiong nature to the months they spent with the people at Fetch. We still use Fetch daycare occasionally if we are away from town on a day trip where dogs can't go. Pros: convenient, good location and parking, high-quality pet supplies and food Cons: like any small shop, limited selection compared to big box more

sweetest little shop 12/16/2005

I recently visited this little shop tucked away in the Madrona neighborhood to shop for my newest family member Joey a Havanese. I was pleashantly surprised to find such a wide variety of collars, treats, food and toys in such as small shop. The merchandising was definetly well thought out. The staff was extremely helpful in choosing a food and encouraged me to read labels and educate myself about ingredients and the pros and cons of premium dog foods. Great store and I would highly recommend it. Pros: Great merchandise, informed staff, fun for me and my dog more

Give your Business to Mud Bay Instead 10/24/2005

When we first moved here I too was lured in by Fetch's tractor beam. $125 later I arrived home and noticed that I was double charged for a 20lb bag of dog food. Folks, most of us know whether we've dragged an extra 20lbs into the house or not. I turned right around and went back to the store and the clerk looked at me like she'd never seen me before. She then acted highly speculative as she reviewed the receipt, which was very humiliating b/c there were ppl in the store. I was then told I could only have a store credit for the error. Note to Fetch, don't make clerical errors, then embarass your clientele by accusing them of trying to steal from you and expect them to ever return. Pros: parking Cons: cluttered, overpriced, poor customer service more

Rude Clerk 10/5/2005

I will not shop there again. My experience was unsettling, awkward. I was denied a return on an item, which didn't bother me. What bothered me was the male clerk's attitude who was rude about the entire thing. Cons: bad service more

Love the store 5/30/2005

We've been going to Fetch for years. Not only do they have fantastic toys & collars you can't find anywhere else in Seattle, they also have treats & food that are convenient to pick up. We are also loyal fans of their doggy day care. It has been a Godsend, and the staff take amazing care of our dog - he is part of their family. Pros: Unique selection, Doggy daycare, Great owners more

Loyal Fetch customer 2/12/2005

I have been a customer of this unique pet shop since it opened and have always had a great shopping experience. I enjoy the personal attention from the clerks and the owners, from greeting me and my dog by name, to carrying my bag of food out to my car. This kind of customer service is a rarity now a days and I am one customer who truely appreciates it. Pros: super clean, good vibe, great products more

Poor customer service 2/3/2005

I also have had several bad experiences with the customer service at Fetch. The return policy is store credit, but it is only good for one month. However, the store is often not open when posted hours state that it should be open. They will not special order, or let you know when to expect a shipment. The clerk is not pleasant or helpful. more

Doggie Beware!!! 1/26/2005

Very strict on 5 day exchange, will not special order for smaller dogs. I spent over a $100 on 2 leashes and 2 collars and felt that I wasnt helped. Pros: Cool selection, Small shop Cons: Expensive, Hard to find, Not Helpful more

Very disappointed!! 1/25/2005

My boyfriend went to Fetch and bought collars for my dogs, and two leashes, for about $100. One of the collars was too big so he took it back to try to exchange it. First, the male clerk assisting him said that they couldn't accept returns after 5-7 days. It had only been 5 days since the original purchase. My boyfriend asked if they could special order the correct size. He was told that they don't do special orders. He also said that they don't order stock very often so probably wouldn't have a new order in for 6 months. They don't allow refunds (only store credits), so my boyfriend was stuck getting a collar he didn't particularly like that still probably won't fit. I'm appalled that a pricey boutique store like this wouldn't do a special order and that the clerk was so rude and unhelpful. Pros: good parking, nice products Cons: , not helpful clerks more
