This site is a SCAM. It does not exist. 100 Park Ave in Baltimore, MD is Barenburg Eye Associates (Google it). The five star reviews are fake. BEWARE!!! We called after our basement flooded and the guy on the other line proceed to berate my wife after he assumed (correctly) we wouldn't call back. What a POS! more

I call Dr. Flood after my basement flooded looking for someone to help, and they were awful. Not only were they rude to me on the phone, but after giving me an estimate of the costs I told them I would call back (I needed to run the costs by my husband) and they said ""No you won't."" At that moment I told them I might not because I'm looking for someone to help me in this situation and they are being quite rude, the man on the other line proceeded to call me a ""F***KING C**T"" over and over again and then hung up. I will never recommend them. The words he said are so unbelievably harsh I can't believe they are still in business. more

Dr Flood in Baltimore MD gets my vote for water removal and clean up service. They were the first ones to respond after I called several water damage restoration companies. They cleaned up all the mud water and sewage damage from my flooded basement and sent the bill to my insurance company. That's great sewage water removal service in Baltimore MD. more

FLOOD WATER SEWAGE REMOVAL 5/19/2012

Dr Flood came to my house to remove sewage water from a back up problem that got out of control. The water removal only took an hour with the powerful water pump out machine they brought. The sewage clean up was done by 3 techs in tyvex suits. They were all professional and informative about the whole sewage water removal, sewage cleaning and the drying process. They also explained the health risks associated with exposure to sewage cleanup. I am glad I called them for this flood restoration service more

FAST WATER REMOVAL SERVICE 4/20/2012

Nice job on the water removal and flood cleanup in the house. You made this problem go away fast. I looked up water damage clean up and found these guys at 6 AM. The water heater let go and fast flood removal service was needed. Luckily no mold removal is necessary. They even cleaned my carpet upstairs for free. I am happy with this water removal service more
