I call Dr. Flood after my basement flooded looking for someone to help, and they were awful. Not only were they rude to me on the phone, but after giving me an estimate of the costs I told them I would call back (I needed to run the costs by my husband) and they said ""No you won't."" At that moment I told them I might not because I'm looking for someone to help me in this situation and they are being quite rude, the man on the other line proceeded to call me a ""F***KING C**T"" over and over again and then hung up. I will never recommend them. The words he said are so unbelievably harsh I can't believe they are still in business.
