This place has extremly bad parking problems: there is absolutely no place for guests to park, because if anybody comes to visit you, then you suppose to purchase 1-day parking permit for them day in advance. Can you image the nightmare for working person to take a leave from work just to purchase the guest permit' And if you did not do that, then it is a good chance your friend car will be towed away, and you will have no friend anymore. There is really hard to find any parking for tenants also, you will have to buy carpot for additional 40$/month, but if you forget a parking hanger - your car will be also towed away (they are really good at that). On top of that, swiming pool is a never heated, so I was only able to use it for 2 month a year.
