Was searching for a particular bike for a while, and just so happened to find one at Cycle Rider. I am so glad we did, the staff is excellent! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a very friendly and helpful gentlemen behind the service counter, Murray (sales) was great! We drove from Houston to see the bike, everything was done very quickly and and with me in mind the whole time. Even a quick battery change before we started our trip back home. HIGHLY recommend checking out Cycle Rider if you are in the market for a new (or used) bike.Was worth our drive, and will definitely return for service like that once again! more

Great bunch of folks, far better than the big box dealers. Just know that you're going to pay full retail or more, they took $200 off then put it right back on as ""dealer prep"" on a used bike. The price you pay for a good selecion of bikes. more

Great Dealer 10/7/2008

I bought a 2004 Suzuki Volusia 800. Murray Good, head salesman, was very helpful during the whole transaction. He was able to answer every question and concern I had. Mary was a big help on the financial end of the deal. The bike has been a dream. I had only one small problem and it was quickly resolved by Gary, the lead tech He does so much at once, I initially thought he was twins. Pros: Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great selection. Cons: No comfy waiting area, but then again that would take up bike space, so never mind. more

Great Service 10/4/2008

I went to Cycle Rider today to have a tire changes and my charging system checked, these guys were greou what is wrong/right. The service department is excellent and they show you how to check and service your bike. Every one there was very nice and helpful. more
