Price of work suggested was far out of line with what other shops had suggested. I used to trust you guys, very disappointing.

Received confirmation emails the day before my appointment as a nice reminder. They had me in and out with my oil change in only 20-30 minutes more

I have been a faithful customer for the past 3 years. I trust the guys at Cutshaw Automotive and have never felt taken advantage of. Their work has always been superb and they are very friendly to me when I come in. Even my dogs likes to go....because she gets a treat! more

Friendly, competent people, good service! 5/28/2016

We took the car in for inspection at 9am; I told Domingo I would need it by 2pm. Turned out we needed 2 new tires as well as the oil change--they still fit it in on time! Once I called for advice when my car key would not turn. Graphite, Domingo said; try running a pencil over the key. It worked for long enough! more

Awesome Emergency Service 5/27/2016

As always, Cutshaw and Domingo and Glenn came through for me..Upon leaving work I saw one of my tires was really low and being close to there I saw they were open. I did not expect to get it fixed since it was 30 minutes prior to closing but Glen immediately checked it out and was able to repair the tire. If not, I would have been without a car for the weekend. I told Domingo I had never had as good and courteous servie at another auto service facility... best ever more

Oil change and state inspection 5/21/2016

Sorry but it took way too long for an oral change and state inspection , was quoted it took a bulb in the back next thing you know wanted to do a complete wiring overhaul Also you were going to call me back oh no signal switch more

Nice Garage for Girls 4/25/2016

I was looking for a local "good guy" garage after my move back to RVA - one close to home and work, previously reviewed well, and had vibe of decency that is important to me as a single woman. Domingo's place has hit the mark. Made an appt last December for a state inspection and this past weekend for tires, and both visits were just as estimated (time and money). As a no-frills (fyi: customer lounge is pleasant for waiting), knowledgeable, and straight-shooting garage, I'm a happy customer. There will be a 3rd visit. more
