This is a nice big theater complex, yet it is so poorly managed, operated and run. They have many many employees bit unfortunately none of them can facilitate the concession stand. The sign states ""No Outside Food,"" yet I wonder that people don't sneak in food to save money, but rather to avoid the endless lines and time consuming effort to get a drink or candy.
Employees are divided into duties that don't permit them to assist or help extra long lines and but can stand around, talk story with a fellow employee and talk about who so and so is dating another girl and have a wife at home pregnant.
The theaters themselves are dirty, smell sour and the seats are sometimes sticky (I hope this is from food, candy or drink spillage and not something that will be detected with a UV wand).
I wonder if they ever mop the floors or even disinfect the seats even once a day.
I am amazed that they can still be in business.
Plus the prices are increasing soon.
