Cute pups 10/31/2005

If you're looking for a cat or a dog, don't go to the mall or a breeder to get one! Go to the Town Lake Animal Shelter. They have such cute puppies and seem to be well taken care of. The shelter treats sick animals and does their best to walk all of the dogs. The smell is kind of raunchy, but what can you expect? more

Please get your pets here - they need you! 9/12/2005

I'm an animal lover and it breaks my heart to see all the dogs and cats all caged up. The shelter is nice and clean and the staff is very helpful. The adoption process is fairly easy but there are so many more animals than homes! For a small adoption fee they spay/neuter your new pet and give all shots. It's such a small price to pay for a lifelong friend! We've adopted 2 from them and have fostered a few as well. It's a great program and they bring so much joy into your life. more

The Town Lake Animal Shelter is a great place to go look for a new pet. They take all animals with no questions, so there are always many puppies there. They are also a great place to go look if you have lost a pet recently, many of them show up there. The rates they charge are decent, not overinflated, and they ready your animal to go home and help you find a vet that will help you out with your new adopted animal. more

Austin town lake animal center is a wonderful place, they accept animals who do not have homes or have been lost. The people working there is really helpful and friendly, they treat all the animals very well. And if you would like to adopt an animal, check with them. It is a very nice place for animals. more

Wonderful animal shelter 8/12/2005

I live in an area where unwanted animals (usually puppies) are always being dumped to fend for themselves. The Town Lake Animal Center allowes you to drop off stray animals day or night without explanation. They do there very best to get the dogs, cats and rabits adopted. Please go to there site and look at what they have to offer if you are interested in an animal. The people and the animals are wonderful. more
