Cheesecake Factory the

This is the 3rd time I have gone to this resturant in recent years. I did not choose it. Every time my experience was bad. Last nite my friends and I decided to celebrate the Holiday Season there. We got a horrible server, no personality, didnt take care of us at all. Our drinks were bad and wrongly served, our appetizer had a hair in it and had to send it back, my shrimp scampi would have been better in a lean cuzine. the Manager was rude and unappologetic in all circimstances. My husband had to go to Durham, North Carolina for two weeks for some business classes. So I went with him and we had a great time visiting all the fine shopping stores at South Point and eating at the Cheesecake Factory. We are quite familar with this chain, since we go to the one in Columbus, Ohio when we visit our daughter. I have just been craving their meatloaf and garlic potatoes and would believe I ordered it both times I went there? I love their different tea flavors that they serve, too. We use to get a very hot pasta dish with shrimp and chicken, but we were tired of getting that. Of course, there is no way I would leave without picking up a delicious slice of my favorite original cheesecake with cherries and extra homemade whip cream on top. I always took my dessert back to the hotel where I could take my time eating it. It is a little expensive, around $40 for our meal not counting a tip. Of course, we do not order mix drinks, so that helps keep the bill lower. I think the servers are so knowledgeable and make you feel very special. The manager always stopped by the table to make sure your meal was correct. And I will not tell you how delicious the homemade breads were, but I would recommend trying them. They also have sandwiches and pizzas and a very large menu book. I hope you like it. more

Always busy and inconvenient to park unless you're already shopping for the day - in which case, you probably aren't in the mood for a wait for food. The cheesecake is in fact incredible, but I just hop over to the Barnes and Noble about 100 yards away and enjoy the Cheescake Factory cheesecake in the cafe - delivered fresh from the nearby location. There are lots of restaurants on down Glenwood which are much classier - and perhaps even less expensive - and more memorable for an evening out. more

I love this place. What can possible be bad about a restaurant named after cheesecake? I will start with the menu. It is a novel and very hard to choose from. Everything just sounds too good. They have a great drink that I haven't seen in the states. It is Bermuda's singnature drink and it is called a "Dark and Stormy". It is Gosling rum and ginger beer. In my opinion it is the most drink for your buck. One of those and I am set for the night. The portions are HUGE. One plate could feed a family of four. The food is really good. This is one of my favorite "chain" type restaurants. I highly reccomend it. more

I absolutly love thecheesecake factory. Its a resturant located in the mall, whcih usually makes it pretty crappy. this hwever is a nice upscale place to eat, with some fantastic tasting food and a great atmosphere. try using the valet parking so you dont have to worry with mall parking, which can be HORRIBLE. The cheesecake here is to die for, and theyhave some really great bar drinks as well. more

The cheesecake at the Cheesecake Factory is the best cheesecake you will find outside of New York City. The restaurant was even kind enough to make a low-fat version, but do not confuse it with a dessert that is okay for a diet. Even the low-fat version has 610 calories and 29 grams of fat. Skip the meals here and just split a piece of cheesecake with a friend. Other than the cheesecake, the food here is for the birds. more

The cheesecake factory stands out from crabtree valley mall, as a restaurant of another world. This resturant offers very high quality food. drinks and some of the best cheesecake in the world. The cheesecake factory is a great place to go if you want to have a nice, somewhat pricy meal in a great atmosphere. more

Absolute Perfection here! The menu is literally a book, they have it all!! The portions are gigantic! Don't leave without a piece of cheesecake. Be prepared to wait though...this place is hopping! more
