I hadn't been to The Village Draft House in a few months before last week. Last week, I think I went there 4 times. It just seemed like that was where my group of friends ended up. This is an excellent location for larger groups, or smaller ones. There is a stellar menu of food, typical bar fare but tasty! They also have a decent selection of beer available.

To me, Big ed's in the ultimate southern breakfast place. the food here is absoutly fantastic, made to order, and done in typical southern fashion. The resturant is typically a breakfast hangout, and is also open for lunch. last time i checked they closed pretty early (I'm thinking 3pm). It is a very popular location for brunch on Saturdays and Sundays, so if you're headed out be prepared to wit, and for some great food.

I recently went on my first trip to downtown Burlington. On teh way there my friend and i asked where we should go for dinner, and our cab driver suggested Nectars. Nectars is a restaurant, bar, and appartently a club all rolled into one. We ate at the restuarant portion and I had a philly cheese seah 9which was great) and french fries with gravy (something I had never had, but also fabulous). If you're in the area give it a try!

I am a huge fan of magic hat's full line of beer. This past weekend i had a chance to tour the brewery for he first time and had a blast. On the tour you get the opportunity to see how beer is made, and then get to do some taste testing of your own once its all said and done. If you ever find yourself in the Burlington area i highly suggest a trip to the brewery!

Besides the Wal-Mart there isn't an overwhelming amoutn fo businesses to buy grocery items in Dunn. the carlie C's has several locations in town and all of my interactions with them have been super plesant. One unique feature i noticed is that you can pay your utility bills at their customer service couter. i don't known any other grocery store where that is possible, while i dont use the service it seems like it would be very convinient if you forogot to pay a bill and needed to at the last minute

I'm lactose intolerant, but every now and then I take a lactaid and head out to ben and Jerry's. Really this review for the most part could probably write itself. ben and Jerry's is some of the most amazing ice cream on the planet, hands down. You can get whatever you want on iot, and there are usually tons of ben and jerry exclusive concotions that are well worth a try. This is a great place to visit on a saturday afternoon, or when you need some super tasty ice cream!

I started drinking smoothies during my brief obsession with the gym. the gym obsession has kind of gone away, but my love for smoothies has remained. My favoriet from planet smoothie is the lunar lemonade with banannas, strawberries, and a fat burner blast to make me feel a little liek i went to the gym :O)

Sweet Tomatoes has a FANTASTIC healthy salad bar with literally any and everything you would want to put on a salad, as well as a good selection of soup, pasta, and a potato bar. If you want all you can eat then this is an excellent place to go and have the opportunity to eat helathy and eat a lot.

Located in Glenwood South Stool Pigeons has tons of televisions, literally everywhere to watch the game. I went to Stool Pigeons to watch a lot of the NHL games last year. Its one of those bars where I dont think tehre is a bad seat in the place, and if there is I haven't found it yet :O) They usually have some pretty good drink specials and the food is moderatly priced. Always a fun place to hang out.

I had never browsed the selection of snack foods at wal-mart until a few days ago and was very impressed with the selection tehy had available. For some reason when I think potato chips the first place I think of shopping is NOT Wal-Mart. None the less, this wal-mart has a ton of different snack food items all at prices much lower than the grocery store. I purchased several items that were a dollar or more cheaper than their regular price elsewhere...fantastic!
