Good: Dr. Berlin takes the time during every appointment to go over all of the details and Q&A required for a thorough treatment plan. He treats me for both diabetes and hypothroidism...and has both under control. His recomendation for a surgeon was spot on and I was able to have an intricate thyoidectomy without any complications.. Bad: The office staff initially appeared to be disorganized (summer of '08), but they have hired a new office manager who is really making a difference. You can already see a significant improvement in the attention to detail and customer service.. Other: I can't imagine going to another endocrinologist..

Ever since I was very little I have had anxieties about going to the dentist. Painful experiences have left me hesitant to even set foot in a dentist office. I was referred to her office and both my husband and I see her routinely. From the minute you walk in the door of the Lynn Road office it is nothing but smiles and a great atmosphere. Dr. Olson is extremely efficient and I have never had to wait a long amount of time to be seen. Every procedure I have had has been explained to me along with the reasons why I needed it done. I recently had to have crown done and the entire experience was delightful-who can say that about dental work! I was in and out and haven't had any problems whatsoever! I will refer everyone I know to Dr. Olson (I have been for 3 years). Her staff is a team and you can really tell when you get to know them. Dr. Olson's intentions are genuine and she is a very compassionate person. I love going to the dentist! ( I would not have said that 3 years ago)

I've been taking my pets to Quail Corners for years. They are the only clinic in this area that has consistently diagnosed my pets correctly and treated them in an acceptable time frame. The staff has always been great, very welcoming and caring about both my own well-being, as well as that of my animals...something most other vets do not show. I've never met a staff-member that is rude or improperly trained and have never once questioned their judgment. I bet I've met every vet at the clinic and couldn't say a bad thing about them. I've even had to be seen on an Emergency basis, and though the cost was high, it was much cheaper than some of the other emergency clinics around and I had the privelage of knowing the vet and the staff, as well as their knowing me and my pets history.
It's not possible to say anything mean about these people.
Pros: Friendly staff, caring, well-trained, available 24-7
Cons: None!

Glenwood Animal Hospital is the sister hospital to Oberlin Animal Hospital and Falls Pointe Animal Hospital. Thje over all group is owned by Joe Gordon and run by him and his wife Debbie. The vets and vet techs are super friendly and eager to help. They call you to check on your pets after an appointment and send reminder cards.

We moved here recently and was looking for above average office since we had an awesome doctor in Florida. We were referred to another ped. office that was highly recommended and was extremely disappointed. We found Carolina Kids and have been very happy with Dr. Foor - he is patient with our questions, takes time with us and our son. He is direct but that is what we prefer.

I just got two fabulous new pairs of glasses from VisionPark, ordered during their ogi and JeeVice trunk shows recently, and I love them both! I feel like a rockstar in my new sunnies and love the sleek, modern look of my titanium frames to wear while driving. The staff is great - very personable and genuine - and take customer service to the next level. When I picked my new shades up they gladly tightened and cleaned my old sunglasses (not purchased from VisionPark) free of charge. Highly recommended!

My son has been going here since he started going to the detist at a very early age. Dr. Pretzer is a warm, friendly and personable individual with a gentle manner. He listens and guides for correct trreatment choices. I have great faith in him and this practice. My son has had only positive experiences, and really feels comfortable with Dr. Pretzer. We wouldn't see anyone else in Raleigh. This practice is everything a parent would hope to find for their child.

This was my first full experience with a chiropractor, and it was absolutely great. I was in a great deal of pain and couldn't walk right or sit for very long, or lay down for very long...miserable. Dr. Osborne was suggested to me. His staff is incredibly friendly, sympathetic, but absolutely professional. Dr. Osborne explained why I was experiencing the pain, told me what we were going to do about it, and about how long it would take. He was dead on right. I started feeling better very soon, and I now feel better than I have in years! These folks are good! I'm really glad I went.

This is the place to take your pets!! I have always had a wonderful experiance all 11 times that My pets needed any sort of medical attention. They treat all medical conditions as well as offering pet grooming and pet boarding at a very resonable cost. I highly recommend this pet hospital!
