I have been a patron of this branch since March 07. I believe that the reviews I have read are untrue. I personally feel I get more personal service from this branch than any other location. I love they way everyone knows my name, my account is always handled in a timely manner, I never have had a problem with any deposits of funds, my payroll automatic deposit is always on time or early, and I have had been able to order coins for my collection and have had no problem with any banking transaction. I do have 1 complaint, the branch is not big enough, it does get crowded.

NCSECU is a credit union for North Carolina state employees and their families. Their interest rates on loans and savings accounts are some of the best ones I have seen and the ATMs (named Cashpoint) are fee free for anyone who uses them. Plenty of Cashpoints can be found throughout the city as well as throughout the state. If you can qualify for an account with NCSECU, I would highly recommend them. The locations are fairly convenient and there are enough tellers at each to move any lines along quickly. Even for those who do not qualify for an account, their website is worth checking out for information about our state.

Bradsher and Bunn is located near downtown Raleigh and handles numerous types of insurance. They are my third insurance company in North Carolina because the others failed to continue to meet my changing needs. This company offered competitive rates with the personal touch I did not feel like I was getting other places. I have never had a problem getting a speedy response to any of my questions and their flexible payment options make it easier for me to budget my insurance throughout the year. The staff is friendly and willing to help in any manner possible.

I've read several bad reviews of AAA and have no reason to doubt their validity. However, I wonder if unhappy customers are more likely to write the reviews. I've been a constant customer of AAACCC, first on AF Rd, and now the Atlantic Ave station after our move. AAA CCC has serviced and repaired 3 cars (one Nissan, two toyotas) for more than five years, and have done an excellent job at all times. We once had a fuel filter relay replaced which failed within 48 hrs of replacement. AAA replaced it again at no charge. No problems since. They have courtesy delivery to and pick up from your work site. Also their staff are polite and professional.
Pros: Prompt, honest, professional work

I would strongly recommend this firm for any case for bankruptcy, trademarking or copyright and especially internet law. I'm currently using Ms. White for a personal injury claim. She is quite personable and has been quite helpful with my claim. I have enjoyed working with her so far. The only thing I have not been pleased with is the location of her office. It's kind of in an out of the way building which is difficult to find.
