great ol' Italian style atmosphere and attitude. I never feel forgotten when I go in. Pros: best sandwich and a great selection of authentic products Cons: that I moved away and can't find another place like it. more

The Best Italian Deli in CO 3/18/2009

I'am Italian and moved here from the DC area. My search was over for a great Italian deli once I first walked into Carbones. I knew it would be good just by walking into their little shop. The owners remind me of my Grandparents and the food is remarkable. If a Italian sub is what you want, then go no further...... Pros: Best Italian Sub more
