I've been to a couple bubble tea houses and I haven't found any bubble tea that satisfy my craving like Blue Sky's. Though I love their bubble tea I vow never to step foot into their establishment on Division. Last couple of times I've been there I was treated so poorly as if I was a beggar. I recall one time I came in and I saw no one behind the counter. It was just me, a girl that was vacuuming and a guy sitting playing on their games that they offer. I stood there and waited like ALWAYS. After 5 minutes the gamer finally stood up and gave me this "what the hell do you want" look. I felt so disrespected that I ended up leaving. A couple times before I never minded because they were actually doing something in the back but this time the guy was just sitting there playing his game. That was the worse service I have ever gotten there. The only Blue Sky I got to now is the one on 82nd by Madison. Though a little further for me to go it makes my bubble tea more enjoyable when I have better service. more

I love this place. Not because of it's bubble tea (even though that is excellent as well) but because of its fun atmosphere and game machines. Photo hunt is he most fun game EVER! So play it when you go there. more

i am a common customer at bluesky, they have excellent customer service, and are willing to make orders specially requested by all customers. i feel offended that you can say they basically ganged up on you by speaking their native language. that comes off as a racial statement. i am asian myself and if i feel like speaking my language. i will speak my language. when customers get up for whatever reason, it doesn't mean they are about to "hurt" you for asking for your money back. you are rude and ignorant. racist i may say. people like you make the 911 lines busy from worthless, useless, and pointless reasons. when i spill any of my drinks, they are willing to make me a new one, with no additional charge. their customer service is probably the best i have ever seen at any bubble tea shops. more

I've never been treated as badly as I was in this coffeehouse a few Friday nights ago. I had 20 minutes to get my friend and I beverages to take on the bus on a very, very, cold night. I ordered a hot chocolate and a hot tea. Two people were working behind the counter. There were several people in the coffeehouse, most appeared to have their beverages and working studiously on their laptops. After ordering, the wait staff spoke in an Asian language (I was the only non-Asian in the restaurant). I was then told told that it would take over an hour for my tea and hot chocolate. I asked if the the hot chocolate was made from powder and I was told "Yes" so I asked for the powder, hot water, and tea bags so I could catch my bus. The staff spoke to each other again in their native tongue, other people in the restaurant chimed using the same language and began to get up. I felt threatened by their looks and actions. I finally opened up my phone as if to call the police, asked for my money back and identified myself as a member of the press (which I am) and that I intended to publish or air my story. At that point they refunded my money and I left. I will never return to this establishment again. more

This place has the best bubble tea of all of Portland. Not only is it cheap, it has a great atmosphere as well. It's almost like a bar, without the smoke and alcohol. Great place to meet new friends while sipping on a bubble tea. Don't know what to get? Start off with the drink shark bait. more
