I find it hard to believe that a restaurant with standards such as this BBQ place on Blanco Rd. could manage to stay in business for very long. The crew at the front counter looked as if someone had to forced them to come to work. They could not have cared less about the customers or the food... and the food? it was just as tired and boring looking as the crew. they said the peach cobbler ""came from somewhere"" but they were not sure where. the woman at the counter could not tell the difference between cooked pinto beans and baked beans. (they had no baked beans, it was pan of hot BBQ sauce.) This was a ridiculous dining experience while visiting San Antonio. I hope some of the other Bill Miller BBQ restaurants in that area are better than this one, as we are still laughing!
