Bill Miller's is awesome. They have some of the best BBQ ever. Try the Lean Beef Po-boy Plus with extra onions and pinto beans. What a great meal! Oh, the locations that serve breakfast have great breakfast tacos. Pros: Fast, Many Locations, Inexpensive Cons: Not all serve b-fast more

I HAD THE PLEASURE OF SPENDING A WEEK IN YOUR LOVELY CITY. I HAD A GREAT TIME AND GOOD GOOD, UNTILL I STOPPED IN FOR LUNCH AT BILL MILLER'S BAR-B-Q. IT WAS THE WORST BAR-B-Q I HAD EVER TRIED TO EAT. THE BEEF WAS TOUGH AND THE SUSAGE WAS WORSE. ALL THE FOOD WAS COLD, I WAS ABLE TO CHOKE DOWN A BITE OF EACH ITEM. I THREW THE REST AWAY, I WOULD NOT FEED IT TO MY DOG.   • In 1950, with a $500 loan from his father, Bill Miller opened a small poultry and egg business. Three years later Bill Miller Bar-B-Q began as a small fried chicken-to-go restaurant. Today Bill Miller is a family owned and operated business with 77 locations in the San Antonio, Austin, Corpus Christi and surrounding areas.

    We take pride in cooking all our barbecued meats in pits smoked with 100% live oak wood. We offer a variety of meats such as brisket, sausage, bar-b-q chicken, pork spareribs, turkey and fried chicken. We specialize in the baking of breads and pies made fresh daily. Bill Miller Bar-B-Q believes in providing a good quality product over and beyond what is expected. Celebrating 70 years of our family serving yours!
