What do you do when church is out on Sunday and you don't want to cook??? You go to Beale Street NW!
Beal Street is a classic southern-style BBQ that on Sundays offers after-church gospel music from 1pm-3pm as well as other quality live music performances on most nights.
Their food is good and just slightly less expensive than some of the other BBQ joints in town.
I tried the Pork Sampler Platter and even as I'm writing I'm tasting the delicious pulled pork.
Next time I think I'll have a hunkering for that Texas Style Beef Brisket that looked sooo good at the next table!
