The audiobook section is nothing short of chaos. Fiction, non-fiction are mixed together, never mind worrying about alphabetizing. This is completely unacceptable.\r

The manga section is laughable--they must think that only 14 year old boys read it, when that is DEFINITELY not the case.\r

Authors known to be mystery writers aren't in mystery--B&N just randomly decides who is or isn't in a genre--and it varies by store! In fact, the mystery section is just plain pitiful.\r

And if that's not enough, this store is the loudest bookstore in town, bar none. You can't think straight in here. I have never been to a store where so few customers even try to keep conversations low. Nope, they yell at each other, eat their food noisi
