The entire staff is amazing. Everyone is friendly, courteous, urgent and just plain freakin' awesome! Their prices are very fair and they stand behind their equipment. I heard them on the phone walking someone through how to use an item they rented and when I had issues with one of the two chainsaws I rented, they used their discretion and didn't charge me for it.
