Excellent service. Had an unsatisfactory service call from some other company. This was prompt, professional. Person on phone was polite and helpful. Repairman was fantastic. Came ready to do a thorough job. Answered all questions so that I understood what he was doing. Pleasant, helpful, efficient. Gave me information that made me confident that repair would work. And it did! more

Sub-Zero help 8/30/2006

I've used Appliance Service Station on Aurora for Sub-Zero repair. They were able to determine that my freezer problem was covered by my warranty, so it didn't cost me a dime. They were fast, efficient, and on time, so I'm happy to recommend them. more
