Have Courtney Help You! 5/27/2011

I just moved to Austin recently and didn't really know the area so a friend of mine recommended Apartment Experts. My agent, Courtney Bramlett, was one of the most friendly and welcoming people I have ever met. She made me feel right at home and she was able to find exactly what I was looking for and within my price range. I couldn't be happier with the level of service she provided and I will definitely recommend this company and especially Courtney to everyone I know. more

Need an apartment, get Stacy! 5/25/2011

My son was moving to Austin for his new job as an intern for an attorney in the area. Not knowing the area, I looked online and found Apartment Experts. Lucky for me (and my son), we were fortunate to be put in touch with Stacy and she found the most perfect location and clean apartment for my son. John Diaz is the man! 5/24/2011

I contacted five (5!!!!) apartment locators and none withstood the professionalism, courtesy, or knowledge than John. We met him at the South Austin office where he drove us to check out several locations on a Saturday April 14th. And we finally settled with Highland Hill Country Apartments on April 19th. Could not have found a better place without John's help. I highly recommend him, give him a shout today and tell him Andy sent ya he will hook you up! more

Kind, courteous and extremely helpful! 5/11/2011

I had recently relocated back to my hometown of Austin, Tx and had noticed that things had changed so much in the 8 years I had been gone. A friend of mine had suggested that I go through Apartment Experts and I am extremely happy that I did. My agent Courtney Bramlett was very courteous and professional each and every time wet met. I would highly recommend her to anybody that is searching for a place in Austin. Within less than a week I had a place picked out that has completely worked out for me. i just moved to Austin. Angie found me a place with all the amenities i wanted and more. she was very patient, as i am very ""pickie"". Angie interacted with myself and the apartment mangers in a professional manner that was very comforting in these rough times. i am glad Apartment Experts south cares enough to have respectful employees. thank you for my new apartment with a view:) more

Great Job Courtney! 5/10/2011

After living in Austin for a couple years I decided to move closer to work, but was pretty hesitant as I really enjoyed where I lived. I talked to Courtney from Apartment Experts and she really took a lot of time to find out what I liked and didn't like about where I lived, and then recommended apartments to go look at. She set up the appointments and talked to the apartment offices so when I got there they already knew what I was interested in. She was able to get me a great deal on a perfect apartment I would otehrwise never have known about. I highly recommend calling Courtney if you're considering a move! more

I’ve worked with apartment locaters before and wasn’t too happy with the outcome but recently I needed to find an apartment in a short period of time so decided to try it out again. I must say that my experience this time was great! I worked with Courtney Bramlett and she was awesome! Helped me find exactly what I was looking for in a great location. And…all in the short amount of time I was working with. more

Amazing Service! 5/5/2011

I recently relocated from north Austin to south Austin. Everyone knows how stressful moving can be, especially when you are used to living in a certain part of town. That being said, I have never used an apartment locator before. I did not have much free time, so I decided to give it a try. Man was I happy I did! I contacted Apartment Experts South and got in touch with Courtney Bramlett. She made this experience a lot less stressful and so much easier. She was professional the whole time and so friendly. She was so eager to help me, so I told her where I used to live and she did all the leg work from there. She researched my part of town and why I was living in that part of town, and made sure she was going to find me something similar. She ended up finding the perfect place to fit my needs and my surroundings. This place is so comparable to where I lived up north. I love it here and so glad Courtney made all this possible. more

I relocated to Austin from a small quiet town in Northern Illinois about a month ago. Overwhelmed by the surroundings of a new city, I had no clue where to begin my search for a new home. Flipping through a local newspaper, I saw and add for Apartment Experts South. A smooth sensation of destiny bewildered me, so I cruised right over. Once I entered the office, I felt at home again. The atmosphere was tranquil, yet energetic, and full of smiling faces. The welcoming hospitality of agent Courtney Brammlett made my worries immediately disappear. Instantly, I knew I was in good hands. Her professionalism and obvious devotion to apartment locating made the experience absolutely flawless. Before I knew it, I was relaxing in the sun, next to the more than scenic pool, enjoying my new home. I will always remember this as the experience that smoothed my transition to the city of Austin, and would highly recommend. more

I called Apartment Experts and talked to Brian Weimann who was very personable. My credit is not the greatest and he was upfront with me about it. He told me I may not get the exact apt I want, but he will give me some choices. He was really quick in getting me started. We went together to look at the apartments. I found one that I loved and despite my credit problems, I was approved. Brian made the process very simple. I highly reccomend Apartment Experts and if you can, ask for Brian. He was great!!! Thanks Brian. I'll be telling all my friends about you. more

Go with Apartment Experts to help you find your new apartment! I tried to use a couple other companies before the Experts and they were not as helpful. This is the second year in a row that Courtney has helped me find my new home and I highly reccomend her to anyone. She was super nice and put time and effort to find a picky person a great deal. more

Fine apartment locator for North Austin 3/22/2011

I would highly recommend Kate Jones in their N. Austin office at 9025 Research Blvd., Suite 225. She's personable and enthusiastic, a good listener, and doesn't pressure you in the least. One suggestion though. Before you call her, or any apartment locating service for that matter, give a lot of thought to exactly what you are looking for in an apartment, decide which features are essential and which merely nice to have, and then discuss these preferences with her. It will give her something to go on, and will avoid wasting time visiting unsuitable apartments. more

Apartment Experts South Was Great! 3/10/2011

I drove in from California knowing nothing of Austin. A few days later, after no luck finding an apartment on my own, I walked into Apartment Experts South somewhat skeptically, not really believing they could help me. Alonda Atwood, who is also the manager there, was amazingly helpful. She not only found for me a great apartment in the location I wanted, but she did so in ONE afternoon! She went far out of her way to accommodate me and find what I was looking for. I highly recommend this place. Thanks Alonda! more

Sandra Hill with Apartment Experts was a pleasure to work with. I informed her of what I needed, what I was looking for, and how much I wanted to pay. She took all of that into consideration and found exactly what I was looking for on the first try!! Love my apartment!! Sandra was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Knows Austin very well as well as most apartment complexes. Loved working with her!! more
