We were looking to purchase a new SUV and these guys have been nothing but helpful, honest, and professional. This is not your typical car dealership, and it exceeded my expectations. DISHONEST DEALERSHIP! I RECEIVED A WRITTEN QUOTE FROM ANCIRA AND WAS READY TO BEGIN THE PAPERWORK AND TAKE DELIVERY OF A NEW CAR. DURING THE LAST HOUR OF THE DEAL, I WAS TOLD THERE WOULD BE AN ADDITIONAL $1000 ADDED TO THE PRICE. WHEN I CONFRONTED THE GM ABOUT NOT HONORING THEIR WRITTEN PRICE I WAS TOLD SORRY AND CHALLENGED ME TO FIND THE SAME PRICE ELSEWHERE. WHEN I TRIED TO CONTACT THE VP ABOUT NOT HONORING THEIR WRITTEN PRICE, I WAS TOLD SHE WAS TOO BUSY TO CALL. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT NEED YOUR BUSINESS AND DEFINITELY DON'T DESERVE IT. I UNDERSTAND THEY ARE IN BUSINESS TO MAKE A PROFIT, BUT THEY SHOULD DO SO HONESTLY AND WITH INTEGRITY. I purchased an Altima after shopping pretty hard for price. I was verbally quoted a figure and then happily began the purchase paperwork process. This is where I failed to be a good consumer. I did not closely review the "Worksheet" they presented me. It contains numerous fees, costs, etc. for the vehicle I was purchasing.
