Cariann best find of My life- 11/14/2010

I came to Cariann with a real dilema and couldn't find an apartment. I had a real tough case and it made it almost impossible to get an apartment, but to Cariann that wasn't a problem. She made the whole process a cake walk for us but I know she worked her tail off to find us a place. She is professional, detailed, but most of all one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life and after everything I feel like I walked away with a new friend. I have already recommended her to all my friends and family. Now I tell you go see Cariann, it will be one of the best and yet easiest decisions you will have ever made. more

Cariann best find of My life- 11/14/2010

Natalie Young - Tops in the Field 11/12/2010

I can't say enough good things about Natalie. She's incredible. I have worked with other locators in the past, but if you want one of the tops in the field locating for you, go to Natalie Young. She is on her game bigtime. Within no time at all, she had already called 16 properties and had the research done all in just part of an afternoon. Very impressive. She also knows the in's and out's of all the apartments in town and can give you her professional opinion, which you'll definately want to listen to. Overall, she is great ! Highly recommend. more

Cariann got me an apartment in a jiff 11/3/2010

I recently moved to Austin, and didn't have the time or resources to look for an apartment. I mean how do you find a place to stay when you don't live there? Make a bunch of trips down to look? I had never heard of apartment locating services until I started to look for apartments. A+ showed up at the top of the list with great reviews, and for good reason. When I met with Cariann, she had taken my requirements over the phone and gotten a huge list of apartments for me to look through. You cull down to your favorites and then visit the apartments. She takes care of everything except for paying your rent. I'll definitely be giving her a call (512-913-7946) if I have to move again! more

In the past I would just go from apartment to apartment in hopes of finding the right one. This time I used A+ apartment locating bc I just didnt have the time to look myself and I wasnt very familiar with Austin. I got a call back from them very quickly and began working with Justin. I simply told him what I did want, what I didnt want, how much I could spend a month and deposit. With this info he narrowed it down to several properties that I was able to choose from. He sent me great pictures as well because we all know the actual apartment websites can be misleading. And there were never any surprises. This company is great, I would never suggest looking for apartments on your own again, they have knowledge that we simply dont have access to. Not to mention the customer service was off the chart good. Long story short, Justin found me a great apartment in no time with little work on my part (no stress!). Now my dog and I are very happy with our spacious apartment and backyard! more

The best locating company! 10/14/2010

A+ apartment locating was extremely helpful in my move from CA to TX. It was a quick move due to a job transfer so I was unable to see any of the properties and had to solely rely on the locator. JUSTIN JACOBS was my locator and he was awesome! I called him several times a day for weeks asking questions and he constantly sent me apartments and updates each day until the move. I thought I was probably getting on his nerves but he was always very friendly and answered all the questions I had. So, now we have a great apartment and it is all thanks to A+ apartment locating/Justin Jacobs. ps, if you want an agent that will tell you the truth about the properties looks, management, and whether it is a good or bad neighborhood, then I would request Justin Jacobs. He will match your requirements exactly and exceed your expectations. more
