In the past I would just go from apartment to apartment in hopes of finding the right one. This time I used A+ apartment locating bc I just didnt have the time to look myself and I wasnt very familiar with Austin. I got a call back from them very quickly and began working with Justin. I simply told him what I did want, what I didnt want, how much I could spend a month and deposit. With this info he narrowed it down to several properties that I was able to choose from. He sent me great pictures as well because we all know the actual apartment websites can be misleading. And there were never any surprises. This company is great, I would never suggest looking for apartments on your own again, they have knowledge that we simply dont have access to. Not to mention the customer service was off the chart good.
