Snyder Hearing and Air Conditioning take care of several air conditioners for me. I have several rental properties. I've been with them for about six or seven years. They seem to be as good as anyone else I've had. Their people are professional. Overall my experience has been positive. more

Incomplete, Overcharged 7/4/2013

After Snyder did an annual servicing of my AC, I had to call another company because the AC drain was clogged because it had not been properly drained. In addition, the Snyder tech insisted the AC needed $2,000 in repairs, which were not needed. After three years of annual service call, I wont be using Snyder again. I have bought(2)air conditioners units from Snyder. They service them both 2 times every year and fix anything that is wrong. They do a great job. more

Felt I was over charged 7/1/2013

$192.00 for 30 mins of work, no parts needed is not fair in my book but They did fix it and it was on a Saturday; but it seems like the service charge should have covered the entire cost since there were no parts needed, just a corroded wire connection. Shane Addison is an awesome technician!!! 7/1/2013

On June 10, 2013, Shane Addison, technician, came to our home at 8132 Wekiva Way, Jax 32256, and did an awesome job of diagnosing the problem, explaining to me the solution, getting my approval, returning to your office to get the parts, returning to my home, installing the parts, and writing up the invoice all in very expeditious time. I highly recommend Shane as one of the very best technicians your company has ever sent to our home. Service from 6/26 was great, problem with service from 2 wks. earlier. 6/29/2013

Had to call Snyder on 6/26 because of a burning odor coming from the unit. Cost $289.00, not sure what the technician actually did two weeks earlier when we had the unit serviced???? Maybe someone can let me know what we are actually paying for with the yearly (2) maintenance services. more

No problems NOW 6/28/2013

There was a young man that said we have problems w/outside unit and I said do what was under our contract. Became a bit ugly. After he left I had another A/C company and told me that there was no problem w/outside unit. The inside unit needed a special light installed and we had the other company take care of that. Pat is wonderful and call to ask why we were no longer using Snyder - well she talked and talked to us and promised that this one excellent tech would be the only one to ever come to our house again. Since then we give you the 5 stars. more

Very happy with our total experience with Snyder. 6/27/2013

We had a fire 2 years ago and got estimates from several different companies. We are very pleased with the unit, the service, and most of all our electric bill. I know that has nothing to do with Snyder, but the unit they suggested works optimum for our house, I guess. Overall, very very happy with them. Follow up visits have been just as good as the install. Thanks. more

snyder installed my unit 15 years ago and has serviced and maintain it since then. there servic technition are alwas on time and very proffesional. we are very satisfied with this cimpany. more
