I love Snyder Heating and Air Conditioning! They've been servicing my air conditioning system for many years, and they are just wonderful people. They are reliable and concerned about you, they're not just out for the money. I have a contract with them to come out twice a year to clean and service the system. They're always prompt in keeping their appointments. They'll call ahead and let you know they'll be there in 10-15 minutes. I also like the fact that they're clean, professional, and don't talk ugly. They're very nice and care about their customers. There was a time when something happened to my thermostat, and I thought I couldn't call them since it was the weekend. The person at Snyder gave me her number and told me if that ever happened again, to call that number, and I would get an answer. That made me feel so much better. Since I'm home-bound, I depend on my AC, and I'm so thankful that the people at Snyder are so concerned about their customers. more

I have been using Snyder Heating and Air Conditioning for about 20 years. One of the girls who works in the office goes to church with me. I asked her which service person to request and she said that she uses Rich. I am a widow now and Rich always makes sure my heating and air conditioning is in working order. They offer a preferred customer service plan where you pay ahead for service. If you ever have an issue they come out right away. You do not have to wait a day, they are there within a couple of hours. I also have them do my once a year maintenance check. My daughter actually went to school with one of the Snyder boys. I am always satisfied with their service. This is a company that you can trust. more

Snyder Heating and Air Conditioning come whenever I call, and they're very accurate about getting here at about a reasonable time. I've had two different units put in through the years, and they've been great. The people there are very personable, and honestly, I haven't got one complaint about them in my mind. When they came last time, they gave me a year supply of filters, which saved me some money. The unit operates fine and keeps the house cool. I know if I ever have a problem they'll be right over. They take care of us beautifully. Recently, Ed had his crew install a new thing in our downstairs for allergies, and I haven't needed to use my allergy inhaler once since they put it in. It's made all the difference in my life! It was well-worth the money, and I wish I had done it sooner! You can't lose with them. They're just fabulous! Ed Miller of Snyder Heating and Air Conditioning put in my air conditioner when I first moved here. He put in great customer service, and with his team, would always be on time. He and his workers are very polite, and always take care of my problem, whatever it may be. They also come very well-groomed and professional looking. more

With my A/C going out I've always called Snyder. So Good Bye Snyder I lost faith in you after all these years. My 81 year old father is sick and I can't buy an A/C but do you think Snyder minder coming out here and taking my money today? NO $300.00 and he looked at it. WOW NO SERVICE SNYDER. Serviceman came to house to check air conditioning system not working. He said we needed a new system and would have a quote sent to us. I filed a claim with insurance company for Equipment Breakdown coverage and, when they contacted /Snyder, they indicated the system only needed refrigerant. So basically they tried to sell a new system rather then fixing the existing system. I have absolutely no trust in them or their servicemen. more

We made s service call Saturday and was told they would me there that day at $127 dollars, with a discount for new customers to bring it to $117 dollars. The SALES PERSON showed up an replaced a transformer that did not fix the problem and charged my wife $187 dollars for a part that cost $8 dollars. He did not nene put all the screws into the back panel or even secure the part he removed that he said he thought was bad. He said that the unit Was old and had to be replaced. I served in the navy for 24 years and currently work with the US Navy and I know he did not troubleshoot anything, he was trying to sell a new unit at Snyders price which I can guess. Is 500% of what it actually cost. I will have to tell everyone I know in the navy, my friends and the better business bureau not to deal with these people more

I have had the most awful experiance with this company on my air conditioner system from the start. Long story short I now have a system that I paid $5180.00 for and does not work. I bought it 8/22/12 had it service once and then it started making a funny noise so I call Snyder back and let them know it is making a funny noise. They sent someone out who said oh it is fine and just left. Well now the system does not work at all. Way to go Snyder. The worst part is that I have a 6 year old special needs child (my granddaughter) who lives with me and it is right now at 100 degress in my house. Take some advice from someone who has had a very bad exprience with this company so you are not sitting in a 100 degree house. We do understand that the Florida summers can produce extreme heat and being without air conditioning can quickly turn into an awful situation. Our records do show that you purchased the system in August 2012. Various maintenance or performance issues can be covered by extended warranties, unfortunately, there was not a warranty in this particular case. We returned most recently in September 2013 and the system appeared to be down due to a blown fuse. Fuses can blow for a number of reasons but we especially see this in Florida due to storm damage. We have refunded the cost of the service call for this however, and do sincerely hope you will allow us the opportunity to earn your future business. more

Snyder Heating and Air Conditioning recently did a service check on my air conditioning unit. The experience wasn't anything spectacular, but they did fine. more

Snyder Heating and Air Conditioning showed up and did everything I needed them to do. It was kind of an interesting job. I live in a townhouse and we found out that my air conditioning unit drainage pipe is shared with the unit in the place next to me. It's not really a building code standard. They couldn't fix the construction; it's just how the place is put together. But knowing why the unit was continually clogging, because everything from two units is draining into one tiny pipe, makes a big difference. They're a very good company. I've used them for years. They show up when they say they're going to show up, which is huge, and they do the job until it gets done. more

We were selling our condominium and the inspector came in and told us there was a problem in the air handler of our air conditioning unit. The Snyder Heating and Air Conditioning technician came in and determined what the problem was, took the air handler apart, cleaned it out thoroughly, and made sure the problem did not occur again. Right now we're getting ready to have them look at the air conditioning unit in our new condominium. They're a great value and worth the cost. more

Every time we are hot and make the call to Snyder, they come quickly, fix what needs to be done, and leave the house clean and cool. They have one of the largest service staffs which means that someone will always be close by and ready to help. They have been wonderful, they have come out when I needed them and helped me. Snyder Heating and Air has put in our heating and A/C units back in 2007 about and they come out to help me keep it clean. I had mold and they recommended stuff for that and put a blue light in. They put a transformer on for electrical surges and they cleaned it up real nice. Anything I've asked them to do they have been more than willing to help me out with. more

We have a service contract that we use through them. They've always been easy to work with. We ended up upgrading our AC a few years back and when we ended up with a small problem they stood behind the product. more
