Very good 2/1/2013

Snyder Air Conditioning and heating has always repaired and came to my rescue whenever I needed them and they always performed excellent service and completed their work in a very timely manner. My A/C is in my attic so they don't always have an easy time in repairing my A/C, especially during the hot summer months. more

Feel they are fair in their pricing and respond to calls and appointments quickly. Love Genny, she will not give up reminding me it is time for service. She will continue to call untill I call her back. Believe it or not, some of us need that:) more

Service provided to tenant property 1/30/2013

Snyder responded very quickly to my service request. The serviceman was polite. Because the service was provided at a rental property, I cannot evaluate the effectiveness of the service at this time. Haven't heard any complaints, so I assume the job was well done. more

My unit is in the attic and access is very difficult. Service technicians are always informative, polite & on time. Billing is fair & reasonable for annual contract and additional services. Customer service always gives reminder for next service due & sets up weekend appts when possible. more

I've been using Snyder Heating and Air Conditioning for five years. They were on time, if not early for our scheduled appointment. The technician is timely, informative, and thorough. They usually do maintenance on my heating and air system. more

Staff is very responsive. Attention to detail is exceptional. Follow up during the technician's visit is excellent. I have numerous properties and Snyder is very easy to work with ~ keeping me apprised of the status and condition of units without our company having a representative on site. Very professional. more

Snyder was great when they wanted to sell a new unit. Unfortunately they forgot a filter and didn't install it so it was level. This is important because it causes condensation water to accumulate in the internal pan. Standing water is bad. (I did ask two competitors to see if standing water in the internal pan was normal and both said it should not occur). When this was pointed out to Snyder, they sent out someone who was quite rude, dismissive and didn't seem to care. And they didn't even care enough to bring a filter for the NEW UNIT they installed. They claim to be great for customer service, but do not deliver. One has to wonder about a company that spends a lot on advertising to acquire customers but doesn't do a job once they have them. more

Honest, reliable 1/24/2012

Back in October I contacted the heating and air conditioning company that had installed our system 5 years ago to do a seasonal check up on our system. When they finished, I was told that we had a leak in our condenser coil and to fix it was going to cost over $800 (the coil was still under warranty). I had no idea if this was a good price or night so I called Snyder. The person I spoke with indicated the price was in the right range, but questioned how we knew we had a coil leak since our Trane system wasn't very old. So I explained the situation and he suggested he send one of their technicians out to check the system and fix it if required. The technician came out and even though he said he could use the work, he told me he could find no leak. I paid only for the service call and my system has been working fine. When the spring comes, I will call Snyder to do my system check. In fact, if anything goes wrong with my system, I will only call Snyder. They are honest, straight-forward, and professional. more

I've been using Snyder Heating & Air personally for six years. I have a lot of experience in running crews, and this crew is really excellent. I have been very impressed with Bob and the way he runs his crew and completes their installations. He's great, if there's ever a problem, I know I can call him and he'll sit down with me and talk about it. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. This is a great company! more
