There was a young man that said we have problems w/outside unit and I said do what was under our contract. Became a bit ugly. After he left I had another A/C company and told me that there was no problem w/outside unit. The inside unit needed a special light installed and we had the other company take care of that. Pat is wonderful and call to ask why we were no longer using Snyder - well she talked and talked to us and promised that this one excellent tech would be the only one to ever come to our house again. Since then we give you the 5 stars.
