Fast professional Service!!! 7/3/2016

Our AC went out on Sunday July 3 (a holiday weekend!) & Snyder came within 1 hour!!! They sent two lovely repair men that were highly knowledgeable. They were fast & professional. They found the problem & fixed it right away. There was a short in the LV wiring & they had to replace a fuse & repair wires. We could not be more grateful!!! We are so blessed to have SNYDER heating & Air!! I had never been more happy to see a Snyder truck in my life than this SMOKING HOT summer day!!! Forever grateful!!! Thank you Snyder!!!! more

Very thorough and professional 3/11/2016

This is the 2nd time we had Rich R. He is very neat and thorough in performing inspection. He explains exactly what he is evaluating and states what is needed. Also, he may give a recommendation to make some improvements to keep the system running longer (he states this is a suggestion-not something that must be done now). I have full trust in his evaluations and recommendations. more

The repairman was unable to correctly diagnose or repair our system. 11/30/2015

The repairman they sent wasn't able to figure out why our heat pump wasn't heating. After spending one hour looking at it, he just told us to hire an electrician to increase the amps to the unit. We spent almost two hundred dollars for the electrician just to find out that the amps could not be increased any further. We then had to hire another AC company who sent a great repairman who fixed the unit within an hour. The problem was due to a faulty thermostat not the electrical voltage. So the service call fee that Snyder charged us was wasted money since they didn't diagnose the problem correctly and failed to fix the unit. When we complained to them about this they were unapologetic, denied any wrongdoing, and offered no refund. Will never use this company again and strongly urge other customers DO NOT USE Snyder heat and air company. more

He made recommendations about future issues such as replacing the uv bulb and explained the use of vinegar in the pipes as opposed to bleach. I look forward to his next visit. more

Then he summarized what had been done, things to look for going forward, and how to best maintain our system in between Snyder visits. Gary came and did my maintenance. He did a great job, and explained everything. I have cats, and he was careful everytime he came in and out of the house. He was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend him. It was a great overall experience. more

Tried to rip me off 6/3/2015

They told me I was out of warranty and system could not be fixed, quoted me 10,000.00 to replace. Another company fixed it for 40.00 and it lasted for12 years after that. Watch out and get a second or third opinion behind these people. more

Amazing Service!!!! 5/21/2015

If you are looking for great service then I HIGHLY recommend Snyder heating and air conditioning!!! I came home from work to find my a/c not working, so I called Snyder and they sent someone first thing in the morning. The technician was on time, very friendly, and had my a/c fixed in no time. The staff are awesome and the service was top notch!!! I won't go anywhere else!!! more

Chris Wiggins, #152, has been my service technician for several years. He is a very professional, knowlegeable, courteous and helpful person. He has always taken excellent care of servicing the unit as well as making recommendations to improve the quality of air and how to obtain the best performance from my A/C unit. Chris has always taken the time to listen to my concerns and to explain what I need to do to resolve them. He is my favorite technician and I have a lot of confidence in his skills. As long as he is my technician, I shall be a satisfied customer. more

Happy with service 4/20/2015

I don't usually write reviews but wanted to after the good experience we had today. Our air conditioner drain had clogged up and water had backed up into the air box. There were a few other problems that needed to be addressed for the appliance to work at maximum efficiency and all was fixed within a few hours at a reasonable cost. Thanks to Chris and Snyder. We will certainly be using Snyder in the future! more

I received a call from Snyder to let me know that the technician was available for my 4:00 PM appointment. . Robert was ringing my door bell at 3:45. He was very courteous when I answered the door. Explained what he was going to do to service my air conditioning unit. I had questions, which he took his time to answer my questions so that I could understand. He told me a better way to change my filter than I had been doing. He also told me it was important to keep the bottom of the unit that is outside the house clean and explained the best way to clean it. He also, told me when bumping up the thermostat to do it in increments of 3 degrees at a time. I never knew this and really appreciated him telling me. He was very thorough in servicing the unit. more

Bad Air & Ductwork but not now ! 4/1/2015

My home had a horrible maze of inefficient ductwork that had the downstairs cold and the upstairs hot. My install with Paul and his expert experienced crew was the best install I have ever seen and I have had 3 different homes and seen it all when it comes to Air Conditioning install crews. This Snyder install team was the best, and fixed all my duct problems even though it took them extra time and effort and now the system works great. You want cool - I got cool now thanks to Paul's conscientious dedication to quality and Snyder Air Conditioning. And how about the warranty?? How about 10 Years parts and labor !! Yes - you read that right - TEN Years !! TEN !!! These crews do not have an easy job, hot attics, humid weather and cramped conditions but they are ALL very nice and when they left I really missed them. They all get along with each other, are extremely friendly, very responsible and do real quality work - come on, what more do you want ?? Hire Snyder and be done with air conditioning problems. Be Cool ! more

Rich arrived on time and did a thorough job servicing our Trane system. He offered some insights and suggestions and patiently answered all my many questions. He showed me the various meter readings and explained what they meant. more
