On June 10, 2013, Shane Addison, technician, came to our home at 8132 Wekiva Way, Jax 32256, and did an awesome job of diagnosing the problem, explaining to me the solution, getting my approval, returning to your office to get the parts, returning to my home, installing the parts, and writing up the invoice all in very expeditious time. I highly recommend Shane as one of the very best technicians your company has ever sent to our home. In fact, I am going to request that he handle any future problems we have because he gained my trust and respect at a very high level. Jim Young
