We called Snyder Heating and Air earlier this last summer when we came back from vacation and the air conditioner was not working. It was in June so it was pretty hot. They came right out, fixed the problem and installed a new thermostat for us. No problems, no complaints. We will definitely use them again. more

They installed an Amana Unit not even 2 years ago and yet again it is not working, over a dozen service calls and we still don't have a reliiable heat pump system. Every time they are here they have another excuse why it isn't working correctly. The technicians contradict each other and always try to blame it on us or something else we have to do. The best comment was the techniician who said we should only expect the unit to drop the inside temp by 10 degrees, this is the sort of craziness we have been having to deal with over the last 2 years. This will be 2 visits this week, ,oh and they replaced the outside unit once and the coils on the inside unit and it was installed brand new. Beyond aggravating. more

I called and they responded to the house within 2 hours. They were not cheap but with the air working when they left it was worth it for the response Pros: Great Service Cons: None Seen more

I would definitely NOT recommend doing business with this company. I should have trusted the commentary I read on a few websites that indicated they had difficulties doing business with this company. You can check their Better Business B of NE FL reputation and see that even though they have resolved the issues they still had to be escalated to the Better Business B of NE FL to resolve them. When I told them I thought it was shady that they didn't replace the ductwork and that I should have trusted the negative feedback his response was ""Yeah, you should have."" and hung up on me. Not very accommodating if you have a problem on the weekend. Even with warranty and work having been completed just 10 days prior told that i had to pay for service call in full because there was no one in the office. Unacceptable in this age of technology that technicians don't have access to accounts 24/7. Pros: Great service Monday thru Friday Cons: Don't honor warranty on weekend not very accommodating more
