When we began having a problem with our basement drains we called Roto-Rooer because we have used them before and were satsfied with the service.
Upon calling them on a Monday to set up service, I talked with a pleasant and professional individual. Service was quckly set up for the next day, Tuesday, and a guarrantee that we would be contacted between 8 - 10 AM. We then received a confirmation of service via E-mail.
On Tuesday, around 9 AM we received a call that a service person was on the way. They arrived before 10. He inspected the drains and promptly determined what needed to be done and provided a written estimate for the service. He also explained new pocedures in place at Roto-Rooter working with the City of Columbus to better maintain the sewer systems.
Once this was done and the estimate accepted and signed, the Roto-Rooter service person went to work. Within a half-hour the work was completed, the area completely cleaned and the drains tested. The service person then explained what was done again and the result of the service, explaining another technician will be called to visually inspect the exterior drain in compliance with the City of Columbus.
The service paperwork was completed and presented for my review, which I signed and paid by check. The service person explained the warranty, gave me information for this review, thanked me for our business and left.
I am very satisfied with the service provided by Roto-Rooter at every step of the process. They are a pofessional organization and we recommend them whenever the opportunity arises.
