I had the best experience with Roto - Rooter last weekend. I had a liscensed plumber come out and fix my sump pump only to find out that he did a faultl job. There was smoke coming from the sump pump. No one was open but I was able to speak with a representative at roto rooter late that night and they were able to set up a plumbing appointment for me that very next morning. They had someone come out to my home in columbus, ohio and fix eveything that was installed improperly. The plumber was able to walk me through the correct process and what I can do to test if there are any issues in the future. It walked me through the warranty that I received for the work that he did and advised that he would come back if I had any questions about the work. He was empathetic and really spoke to me about how the work should have been done. I really appreaciate that and received the best service I have received ina while. I will now only trust roto - rooter to do the work for me. :)
