Roto-Rooter Plumbers 1/28/2011
I'm a Galloway, Ohio resident who had the misfortune of the pipework running out of his sump pump becoming disconnected. I called Roto-Rooter one evening, and the appointment was made for the next morning. When Bret arrived promptly at the appointment time, he went straight to work. He quickly diagnosed the problems and gave me an estimate. Within 25 minutes he had finished the work and verified the job was done.
Bret was prompt, polite, and professional. I'd recommend this company to anyone in need of the services they offer.
