Roto-Rooter Plumbers 11/9/10, Plumbing, Columbus, OH...Remember not to use any other service! After unsuccessfully attempting to solve my plumbing issues at home, I finally called RotoRooter. Nobody enjoys having to call for outside help, but RotoRooter provided me with the best service I have ever had when it comes to plumbing issues. They scheduled me for after 6 p.m. to accommodate my work schedule. The technician, Graig, called a half hour before he arrived so I wouldn’t have to wait long on him. Graig immediately made me comfortable by listening to my needs and treating me with respect regardless of the fact that I knew less than he did about the issue. He shared his knowledge in layman’s terms, gave me more than one option regarding how to solve the issue and empowered me to help make the right decision for my needs. He didn’t pressure sell any services or products, but offered me tools he had that could help me avoid the issue in the future.
If I were to have an incident again, I wouldn't think twice about calling RotoRooter. I think speaks volumes. HAPPY HOLIDAYS! :D
