If your in a jam, pick up the phone and call them NOW! 9/3/2009

I had been out of town and came home to a hot water tank mess. I called the number, got a very nice lady, liked the fact of the FREE estimates and almost passed out when she told me she could have someone out within the hour. Sure enough a very nice man Dave showed up and fixed my tank. Wait there is more. There was ANOTHER leak that HE found. Instead of leaving, he called his wife to MISS his son's football practice, re-drained my tank and fixed another part. Quality work, quality people! Thats what I call 4 STAR SERVICE!!!! Roto-Rooter Service 8/30/2009

Date of Service: Aug 25, 2009 We recently called Roto-Rooter to replace a toilet. Roto-Rooter assigned technician, Erik P, to this project. Before coming Erik called us to let us know which brand we should purchase and an estimated price of the toilet seat and tank. When he reached our house, he opened the package and found that the tank has a small defect in it. He went to the hardware store by himself to get a replacement for the broken piece. It was a great gesture on his part because I was at work and my wife could not have left the house with our 4 year old to go to the hardware store. Erik did a perfect job and was extremely nice to talk to. Thanks Erik! And Thanks Roto-Rooter! Pros: Great customer service attitude! Cons: None more

Great Service!!! 7/30/2009

Just moved into our new home and lo and behold the sewer line was clogged with construction debris backing up waste into the basement. The Roto-Rooter technician was at the door within 30 minutes of our phone call!!! Fast, professional, excellent service! We highly recommend Roto-Rooter! Thanks Harley, for a great job!
