I was so upset when I found a drain backed up first thing in the morning in my basement. I called Roto-Rooter they were very helpful on the phone scheduled me for service right away. The technician Ray called 30 minutes ahead of time and was very nice and sympathetic to our basement drain problem he showed me exactly what was wrong and explained what he was going to do very thoroughly along with adviising us of guarentees and how often these type services are standardly done. He checked all different thing sin the basement and cleaned up after himself very well too. Explained what to look for and when to call in the future. I was very satisfied with the work and the price was less then expected for all that was done.
