Overall I was very happy with your service from beginning to end. There is really nothing I would say I was unhappy with at all. Everything worked out according to the agreement without any surprises and your company was very flexible with me considering my situation. Unfortunately, my house was being worked on when my things were delivered so I can't comment on the ""setup"" part of the move, but I'm sure it would have been fine. I was very happy with all of the people I dealt with from pickup to delivery. Moshe was very nice from day one all the way to the end and beyond that. Thank you. I hate moving but have experienced moving many times and cherish services that were offered by New Planet Moving and Storage . It was a good experience and they did a great a job: on time, worked quickly, and moved carefully. Also, they were within their stipulated estimate, despite the fact there was a spread between their estimate and their not-to-exceed amount, so they could have charged more and been within expectations. After the job was done the amount due was less than the initial quote of $ 500 since they completed it before time the amount reduced to $425 for which I had to face a little inconvenience of going to my bank and ordering a separate cheque for them otherwise their service was not bad at all. more

I'm COMPLETELY OUTRAGED!!!! This company said they ""secured"" a place for me approximately a week before my move was to occur. Then, after providing my credit card information for the security deposit, I'm told that they don't know which day they will arrive. They gave me a choice of two days, one being not my choice at all (a day earlier) than my choice. However, I still agreed to make it work and made necessary work arrangements since I was coming across state lines. I then wait the following day for their phone call ""AS PROMISED"" to notify me which day they were coming. Well...no one called, so I called them that same evening and was then told by someone that they were still ""working out driver schedules"" and would let me know the next day (Just one day before the earliest move date they quoted me). I then receive an email later that evening from one of the dispatch employees telling me that they are now ""unable to meet my requested day."" Wtf??? What happened to a secure spot??? So... I called them back the next day (which is today) and asked for clarification on that email message. I'm then told by another employee that their ""truck broke down"" and that the earliest move date they could do would be in about a week. This is absolutely ridiculous! First...we go from ""working out the schedule"" delay excuse to the truck broke down???? Really? Do they seriously think I'm that stupid? How can a so-called ""reputable"" company treat potential clients like this? Moving is already a VERY stressful time, especially across state lines...and... to notify me of this crap less than 24 hrs before the earliest quoted arrival is ABSURD! Really??? And during this time of yr when EVERYONE is literally booked up??? Unbelievable and Ridiculously BAD BUSINESS for New Planet movers!!! I WILL NEVER recommend this company. EVER!!! They screwed up everything for my move! more

When my colleague and I decided to move , I knew that the days of casual moving wasn't going to work any longer and so we ventured out to find the best movers for the job and couldn't have been happier with . From the start, I had a plan to call up New Planet Moving and Storage. Being a newbie I had a TON of questions and they were very patiently and pleasantly answered by their sales rep . Before the move, they went to our address to scope out the parking scenario for the truck (since we didn't have any parking and they wanted to ensure the smoothest move possible) and got back to me in a timely manner to let me know that we needed a permit to reserve several spots for the truck to take up for unloading. . My only concern was that due to some reason they did not accept payment thru card on that day and I had to arrange for a cashier’s cheque from my bank which was a bit inconvenient otherwise their service was not bad. more

Used their service because of the rating and they delivered! Moses and his crew came on time, were pleasant in to communicate with and did what they promised.\r \r Nothing broke, nothing went missing and they work hard and fast. We will definitely use them again but for now we are done moving for a while :)\r more

The guys from New Planet Moving and Storage moved me and my family this past weekend and honestly, I have never had a better moving experience. I was very much satisfied when the customer service briefed me about the company and help me answer all my queries at best. On the moving day they started at my wifeâ??s place, loaded the truck, came to my place, loaded the truck and unloaded at our new place...all in under 2.5 hours! They were friendly, professional and hard-working. They are pricey but not outrageous at $150/3 men. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who is looking to hire movers. I was recommended this company from a very close reference who had hired them for his relocation and he came out much satisfied with them. I decided to book them .The guys from New Planet Moving and Storage were pretty decent . They accommodated our move on relatively short notice and took good care of everything we needed. I had 2 friends that used them in the last several months - and they indicated they used them without any hestitation. Their price was competitive as well. Thanks to the sales team for setting it up for us â?? and the movers for getting our stuff moved and also for a few laughs as well. I was completely unprepared on the moving day but my friend convinced me that if we had to hire New Planet Moving and Storage my move would go completely stress free . I called this company and unhesitantly booked them up. The guys from New Planet showed up, took charge quickly to ensure a fast move, and I was in my new home within hours. Their entire team had a great attitude. I felt they were on my side during the move. They made the whole move appear so effortless, I felt like leaving them with their chores and as I had got to go to visit my office but nevertheless they were smart ,efficient and reliable. My only concern was that for some reason they did not accept card payment on that day and I had to go to my bank and get a cashierâ??s cheque prepared for them . more

I highly, highly recommend Moses and his service. We had a difficult move -- seventh floor of an old apartment building, small elevator requiring the narrow stairs for the big pieces, and lots of big pieces. \r \r Moses and Mike did a great job. I recently moved from one side of the counry to the other. I was extremely nervous. To my surprise I was really stressing over nothing. The moving co took care of everything. They were also reasonable. I used New Planet Moving & Storage. They were excellent!! From my initail phone call to my delivery of my items, and every single person in between I came across, were very friendly and informative. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Please go to ripoff and other websites. These people lie, break everything. Look at someone's photos above. They broke or damaged every single piece of furniture. They promised delivery in N. California in 7-10 days, and delivered in 28 after pick up. It was a nightmare. They will under quote you on weight. Almost every REAL review will show they ended up paying $1000 or more than quoted. Do your homework before hiring these people. more

I moved with New Planet Moving from Ohio to Northern California. They picked my items up well within the window of 2 days they initially quoted. The movers were all really nice and reminded me of my sons. The quote upfront was about $100 less than most of the other companies that I had been comparing. the girls I spoke with there were always so kind and helpful so I elected to go with New Planet Moving. Everything was wrapped carefully, and I had no damages to my items. I recently spoke with another girl there at New Planet Moving to let her know I was referring my daughter and her friend/roommate to move with them as well. New Planet Moving always answers thier phones, respond to thier emails and made me feel like I was the only customer they had because of the service I received. more

It is my pleasure to comment on the service that was provided for a cross country move from Nevada to Pennsylvania. The transfer of possessions across the U.S. was completed satisfactorily. The men executed the physical move did a fine job and all efforts were appreciated at the receiving end of the move. The load arrived in fine condition and the men worked very hard and with good speed to see that everything arrived safely. The contact on the West Coast was effectively communicative. I moved with New Planet Moving back in 2009, and again this year. I received my stuff last week and just finally got everything unpacked. The only thing is a small scratch on the corner of the back of a dresser that has survived 4 moves so far in it's life LOL When I used New Planet Moving the last time, I had no damages, and the movers were very helpful. So I of course wanted to use them for this move as well. They were able to accommodate my new home (with like 30 stairs) and waived the charge for me because I was a returning customer. I have also referred a few of my friends to New Planet Moving who have also had good moves. And the moving company offers it's customer referral bonus' so be sure to tell your friends, and get free gift cards and stuff like that. I have already gotten 2. more

I was amazed at how fast they were able to pack up all my belongings. The delivery of my possessions to Los Alamitos, Ca was also done on time. All of my belongings were in perfect condition. We arrived in Lacey on schedule and, with the help of your moving company, we were able to vacate our home on time. Because of the short notice required for this move, your rapid and thorough planning from the onset was essential to success. On moving day, the assigned crews came ready to work the entire period, even with Nevada's record-setting temperatures. As you promised during our initial interview, each furniture piece was blanketed and the rugs were fully enclosed to prevent infestation or damage. We appreciate that your personnel handled each item carefully, as if they were their own. By the end of the day, we were confident that the move was packed right and headed for safely controlled storage. We look forward to receiving our household goods sometime in the future once our permanent home is selected. Everything came in fine condition, a few broken things, but then my brother & sisters helped me pack some things.
