I couldn't be happier with Horizon service 10/24/2012

I've been a customer for 22, since Horizon did the initial termite inspection when I bought my house. There has NEVER been a negative experience in that time. They are knowledgeable, responsive and reliable, and they follow up when they say they will. I would recommend them without any reservation. more

I have been a customer of Horizon for several years. I have always been pleased with the service received. Junior has always gone above and beyond in dealing with our "pest" problems. Anthony is also a wonderful worker. I highly recommend these men and this company. more

Superior Service! 9/12/2012

Both Jeffrey Arroyo and Glenn Alicchio have gone above and beyond with service to my home -for what is an embarassing and overwhelming rodent issue that my husband and I tried for weeks to control but were losing the battle! At wits end, both the tech and consultant reviewed the situation, listened and responded thoroughly and switfty by evaluating, developing a treatment plan, scheduling and following up. Jeffery even called to check on the progress when he wasn't even scheduled to visit the home. The treatment plan was exactly what we needed and we are reclaiming our home. I greatly appreciate Jeffrey's time and review of the situation, even identifying areas of concern and advising on a resolution. more

disappointed in first check of problem areas but second trip quite thorough 8/9/2012

I was disappointed with the first service man as I thought he should have been more thorough & gone into the attic space to check where I said I heard the problem. He was average but I guess I expected more. I would like to comment Anthony McGowan for his very thorough job on a very hot day. He checked out the entire attic space & also indicated two spots he thought need repair. more

Not only is Horizon a great company, but Tyrone is the BEST technician who gets the job done with a huge smile. Tyrone is pleasant, efficient, kind and honest. He makes me and my boys feel comfortable and safer knowing that he was there and has been progress with our cricket problem. He goes above and beyond and we thank him!!! more

i have had nothing but a great experience with horizon. i request dan specifically to come to my home because he does a thorough job and is very knowlegable and explains everything in ways i will understand when i ask questions. he is always pleasant and well manored. he checks everything completely and never rushes to do his job. overall, horizon has been very accomadating with my work schedule, and my request for dan since this is not normally his area. i would recommend horizon for friends and family in need of a pest control service. more

We had a problem with what we believed to be carpenter ants. Junior came promptly at his scheduled appointment time and confirmed that this was the problem. He was so neat and thorough and we were happy witht he outcome. more

My tecnician arrived on time Anthony was very pleasant and professional. I was very impressed with his knowledge and recommendations. I've spoken to Marianne in the office quite often. She is very courteous and follows up with every message I've left. The two technicians that have come to pick up the animals that were trapped, answered all of my questions and were also very professional. I would definitively recommend this company. more

Great service every visit 6/22/2012

We are customers of approx 8 years and 2 different residences, and have never had a complaint with this company. The technicians are always on time and very professional. They are also a wealth of knowledge when teaching us about pests. Its amazing how much information each technician knows and it shows how much interest they take in their jobs. Tyrone was our technician today and I feel that he went above and beyond to find the source of our issue and gave me valuable advice on how to avoid future issues. Other technicians that we have had in the past that stick out in my mind for going above and beyond each time are Ed and Rich. more
